• Use the platform only for its intended lawful purposes.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Acknowledge that your interactions are subject strictly to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and WhatsApp Commerce Policy.

4. WhatsApp Meta Integration

Cognidots acts as a facilitator for communications sent over WhatsApp. You understand that your use of the service relies on WhatsApp infrastructure. Cognidots is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or WhatsApp LLC. Your interaction on our platform using WhatsApp means you also agree to WhatsApp’s End User Terms.

5. Privacy and Data Handling

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use policies with respect to your personal information are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cognidots Solutions or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use, or inability to use, the service, including the failure to schedule or deliver an appointment or service by any business listed on our platform.
